For physical learning materials, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order details.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund or replacement will be issued based on the condition.

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any issues accessing your digital materials, our support team will assist you.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
